HELP DESK COORDINATOR
Knowledge of MS products (Office and Outlook), and OS (XP and Vista)
Knowledge of PC tier one trouble shooting
Knowledge of tier one network and routing trouble shooting
Experience working on a helpdesk supporting non-technical end-users
Nice to have: knowledge of Linux, MS certifications, Cisco certifications, or experience with Sonicwall Routers
Salary DOE $15-$18/hr.
