Responsible for planning, directing, & controlling all of the corp. functions to ensure its efficient operations and financial results that will benefit the stockholders and employees. Is responsible for generating and servicing credit-worthy loans and related products.
Will oversee budget preparations and budget adherence; compliance to audit and SOX controls; planning and execution of advertising/marketing program; and PR programs. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or Ag Eco and 10 years of proven banking experience in fiscal operations, lending and/or finance and accounting, with responsibility for achieving financial goals and objectives through the organization and management of professional resources directed toward the accomplishment of specific business objectives. 5 years exp. in a supervisory/management capacity is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
This position is headquartered in a rural Northeast Texas town. Relocation package considered for right candidate. Salaried w/ benefits, bonus potential. $140K-$170K DOE.
