Senior Agricultural Lender

The ideal candidate must have experience managing large loans, including the analysis of complex credits particularly in regard to financing commercial operations, as well as appropriate loan structuring, knowledge and utilization of cash flow based lending, financial condition and income repayment source analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Developing, processing and servicing new and existing commercial and real estate customers;
• Mentoring the less senior lenders to ensure attainment of goals.
• Facilitating the loan closing process as required in accordance with all applicable association and FCA policies and regulations.
• Developing and enhancing business relationships with ag producers, rural land owners and business leaders in the community.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics or a related field or equivalent experience and five (5) or more years of progressively responsible banking or related agricultural lending experience.

Branch Manager

San Antonio, TX: A leading provider of comprehensive janitorial, maintenance and facility services, with expertise in higher education, industrial and owner occupied facilities and is noted for one of the lowest turnover rates in their management team in the industry has the role of Branch Manager available.


The primary job responsibility will be the management of an assigned account or multiple small accounts, and the Account Supervisors assigned to each account. Specific responsibilities include work-scheduling of all account personnel, establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee performance appraisals, troubleshooting/problem solving, orientation/training of Account Supervisors and support personnel, customer relations, and special project work as requested. This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost effective manner.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Control expenses within area of responsibility.
• Develop and recommend account operating budget and ensure the area operates within budget.
• Evaluate and justify supplies, equipment, and purchases, as needed.
• Maintain records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise functions and activities of the department.
• Establish work standards and work flow.
• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the facility management contract are being satisfied.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Ensure that environmental and safety procedures are being followed
• Demonstrate and promote culture, values, and management philosophy.
• Proactive in the achievement of the facility goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate quality leadership in meeting performance plans.

CREDENTIALS
Bachelor's degree OR related experience OR three to five years of supervisory experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to manage the fiscal well-being of the branch office and report to corporate offices.
Manage all staff in the branch, including on-site inspections.
Flexible work hours to include some nights.
Heavy travel to branch offices; within the S.A. - West area of Texas.
Ability to lift 50lbs, climb stairs, ascend/descend ladders.
Have a familiarity with and comprehension of light maintenance issues in order to determine efficient resolutions.
