North Central Texas/Near Dallas: Large, well-networked and reputable lending institution seeks experienced VP to manage North Texas territory. The ideal candidate must have experience managing large loans, including the analysis of complex credits particularly in regard to financing commercial operations, as well as appropriate loan structuring, knowledge and utilization of cash flow based lending, financial condition and income repayment source analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Developing, processing and servicing new and existing commercial and real estate customers;
• Mentoring the less senior lenders to ensure attainment of goals.
• Facilitating the loan closing process as required in accordance with all applicable association and FCA policies and regulations.
• Developing and enhancing business relationships with ag producers, rural land owners and business leaders in the community.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics or a related field or equivalent experience and five (5) or more years of progressively responsible banking or related agricultural lending experience.
