Degreed Tax Accountant needed for a busy public accounting firm in downtown Corpus Christi. Duties include: preparing tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals. Additionally, reconciling financial statements in preparing and completing the appropriate tax return. To be considered, candidates must have experience and current working knowledge in using all appropriate adjustments, deductions, and credits to manage and/or mitigate taxing authority fees. Ability to work in a paperless environment, manage strict deadlines to include working long hours during tax season. MS Excel and QuickBooks.
