Responsibilities:
- To troubleshoot and maintain DCS systems.
- Provide recommendations for improving process control and instrumentation.
- Develop and implement advanced process control schemes and control techniques.
- Design multi-variable control systems for all types of refinery equipment processes.
- Assist process engineers in unit troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain Control Systems implementation and maintenance procedures.
If you possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or other engineering discipline required.
- A minimum of 5 years experience as Process Control Systems Engineer, or advanced process control field experience required within a manufactuing facility, a refinery, or chemical plant.
- Knowledge of DEC computer, VMS operating system, Foxboro I/A and Honeywell DCS systems software preferred.
